EDITING | After acknowledging my interest in the mechanics of language early in my education, I pursued and graduated with a degree in Professional & Technical Writing from the University of South Florida. Having worked as a technical writer, managing editor, copyeditor, and manuscript editor, my interest in perfecting the use of the English language progressed into a career.
DESIGN | My involvement with design of both business and personal materials developed over time through my work as the managing editor of Positive Change, a monthly magazine focused on healthy living, where I was heavily involved with design and layout concepts for the three years I spent there. The union of design with both photography and editing was an impetus for me to study the medium and include design as part of my services. I have provided my clients with materials for marketing/branding, advertising, and personal events.
